Important Return Details
>> Items must Not Be Opened
For any item to be eligible for return it must be in new condition. The factory seals must not be broken. (Sorry, there is nothing we can do with open boxes. We want our customers to get the very best and we sell new products only. Refurbished products are refurbished by the manufacturers and newly packaged. We do not refurbish these items and they are considered new by us.)
>> An RMA must be completed within 10 days
If you would like to return your item an RMA Request must be made within 10 days from purchase. You can fill out the form below to request an RMA.
>> All returns are charged a 15% restocking fee
Say it ain't so...yes, unfortunately we do charge a restocking fee. Our fee is competitive with large retailers such as Best Buy and in certain cases Walmart and Crutchfeild. Excessive transit can cause damage to the products which results in problems for future customers and our company. Sometimes these can be costly and time consuming to rectify. Additionally, our staff works very hard and we need a special team to handle return requests..and (by their request) our amazing team doesn't work for free!

Whose package is this..is it yours? Nope - not mine! Why is this here..what's going on? All the confusion of random items appearing causes a huge headache. RTS is not a substitute for a return and are treated as if they were retuned. Also, in most cases there are significant delays in the return process for your item.
The Return Process in a Nut Shell
1. Fill out the RMA Request form below.
2. We will email you an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 3-5 business days.
3. Once we get the items back to our warehouse we will evaluate them. If everything looks good we will credit the funds back to the original form of payment within a few days.
