We work very hard to get orders shipped out a quickly as possible. 99.9% of our customers are super excited about their new purchase and want to get it in their hands ASAP!
But the way we ship our products makes it difficult to cancel some orders.
In A Nutshell..
Our orders go out on giant palettes wrapped in plastic. The shipping company then picks them up and processes them at their own service centers.
Once an order makes it on the palette it's too late!
Sorry, we will NOT break down a palette to find your order.
We don't have a special team for canceled orders..everyone is busy getting out our super excited customers orders. If we were to take the time to dig through each palette to find your order it would delay all the other orders.

Tracking updates in our system periodically throughout the day. Your item may be long gone before you get your tracking number.
>> But my tracking says Order Processed: Ready For Pick Up?
Yes, it does. It can take the shipping carriers up to 24 hours to update the tracking status. Once the orders are picked up they need to be taken back to the shipping carriers service center, broken down and checked in.
They are working super fast to get you your order and will update the tracking status ASAP!
>> If your order has already been shipped you will need to complete a Return Request.
