We ship faster than our competitors. Most items ship from our warehouses which cuts down on processing time. We have 5 warehouses to ship from located in the U.S. which means you get your goods quickly and affordably.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

*We offer fast, easy, reliable and FREE shipping to the 48 contiguous US states.  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any US territory may incur additional shipping charges. All orders are processed upon receipt, and most individual items or accessory orders are shipped within 1-3 business days or more as specified on product page. Custom bundles may take longer or as specified on product page.

All Pre-Orders/Back-Orders are shipped once the items become available. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped via UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product ships. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. If you purchase something on Friday the order will be shipped within 24 hrs of the following business day.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

Accidents happen, and we are here to help in these situations.  If you receive a damaged product from transit, a defective product in general, or a package with a missing item please contact our customer support specialists within 3 business days from delivery. Our team will do the best they can to rectify the situation in a timely fashion.  Please contact our team at support@dynnexdrones.com.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS & REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:

If a package is refused for delivery due to a incorrect shipping address provided by the customer they shall be liable for all shipping costs occurred by Dynnex Drones. Once our warehouse receives the package we will refund the original order price minus shipment and restocking fees to the original form of payment. Shipping charges will apply even if you did not originally pay for shipping due to a coupon code or promotion. These fees are accessed so that unnecessary shipping costs are not incurred. Making it possible to deliver the best prices to our customers. All returned packages will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package has been shipped and is unsuccessfully rerouted the customer will be solely responsible.

Dynnex Drones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages via UPS. Claims in such cases are to be handled direct with UPS.
