Any packages that are returned without a return authorization will be refused and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping back to them, as well.
There is a 10% processing fee on all returned orders. In addition, customers are responsible for the cost of returning packages to us as well as our original cost to ship the package to you, whether you received "free shipping" or not.
